Arakaki, Council Member <br /> Subject: Bill 235, Draft 2 <br /> I ask that you consider amending Bill 235, Draft 2 by increasing Revenues-Fund Bal <br /> From Prev Year by $1,640,248, the Transfer To Disaster/Emergency Fund by $500,000, <br /> increasing "transfer to Cap Proj Fund -G by $2,000,000, to provide for the additional <br /> employee benefits for additional employees by $154,496, and decreasing the Transfer to <br /> Pub Acc Op Sp Pres Fund by $1,014,248. <br /> The increased expenditures will be used to support the Disaster/Emergency Fund in case <br /> of Disaster and to provide for an appropriation to the Capital Projects Fund. Since 2004, <br /> $77,000,000 in General Obligation Bonds has been issued/borrowed and we also need to <br /> "pay as we go".
