PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SERVICES 20. Access: Access to the property is proposed from Huehue Street, a 22-foot wide paved roadway with 8-foot grass shoulders within an 80-foot right-of-way. Kaloko Drive intersects with the Mamalahoa Highway approximately five miles below the property. 21. Water: According to the applicant, water can be made available from an 8-inch waterline in Kaloko Drive fronting the property. 22. Wastewater: The applicant proposes to use individual wastewater systems meeting the standards and requirements of the State Department of Health. 23. Essential Utilities and Services: Utilities are available to the site from poles along Kaloko Drive. The area is served by police and fire stations in Kailua and Kealakehe, approximately six miles southwest of the site.
