Access: Access to the property is proposed from Huehue Street, a 22-foot wide paved <br /> <br /> roadway with 8-foot grass shoulders within an 80-foot right-of-way. Kaloko Drive <br /> intersects with the Mamalahoa Highway approximately five miles below the property. <br /> <br /> 21. Water: According to the applicant, water can be made available from an 8-inch <br /> waterline in Kaloko Drive fronting the property. <br /> 22. Wastewater: The applicant proposes to use individual wastewater systems meeting the <br /> <br /> standards and requirements of the State Department of Health. <br /> 23. Essential Utilities and Services: Utilities are available to the site from poles along <br /> <br /> Kaloko Drive. The area is served by police and fire stations in Kailua and Kealakehe, <br /> approximately six miles southwest of the site.
