OVV Oi M <br /> 4~ L~ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> I. <br /> MTfOi~MiV` <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3 ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, a $30,000 appropriation will be used to hire a transportation consultant to provide <br /> community outreach and education and work with the Puna Community Development Plan (CDP) <br /> consultant, PlanPacitio, Inc. to complete a comprehensive study to identify an alternate commuter <br /> route between Puna Makai and Hilo; and <br /> WHEREAS, this funding will be administered by the Planning Department for the general <br /> purpose of addressing transportation issues in the Puna CDP planning area, and for the specific <br /> purpose of identifying a proposed route for the Puna Makai Alternate Route between Hilo and Puna <br /> Makai. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $30,000.00 <br /> OU'f AND FROM: <br /> 010.1 Ol .5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $30,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Planning Department $30,000.00 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund - G <br /> (Puna Makai Alternate Route Study- <br /> Council District 5 - 110.399.5390.28) <br /> <br />
