The number of <br /> petitions and letters sent to you by fax was stated as 38 homeowners, you stated that this was a <br /> significant number of homeowners going against the development. I would like to correct that <br /> number for the record. <br /> There are 121 homes in Malulani Gardens 40 plus are owned by people that live on the Mainland <br /> or Japan. <br /> I collected and have copies of petitions and written comments from 59 homes that included <br /> signatures of some couples that came to 95 signatures plus 21 individual letters. These numbers <br /> do not include the individuals that mailed or faxed petitions and letters directly to your office. <br /> Mr. Carr wants to give the impression that he does not understand why we are upset. The last <br /> meeting we had, we had 48 hours notice, what sort of turn out did he expect? <br /> We have dealt with secret deals between Brian Cook the Developer of Malulani Gardens and Mr.R <br /> Wheelock in the past much to the detriment of the home owners.
