Angel 1
Subject: TESTIMONY AGAINST BILL 251
NO to Bill 251

Please vote no on this bill. I live not too far from this area and
must travel on the Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy everyday past the side street
leading up to Lowe's that is currently closed. The main congestion
on the road during most hours of the day coming from the South starts
in this area. Please don't add more. How can councilmembers approve
a development when there is not enough water, space in the schools,
or adequate, safe access to this area? Please do not let "social
blackmail" on the part of the developer influence your decision.
(i.e. a Salvation Army location that might not even want to be there)
Cheryl King
77-6455 Ono Road
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740
Phone: 808-326-7016
E-Mail: Cheryl_41448@Yahoo.Com or CKing@hawaii.rr.com (preferred)

Comm.
