We ask that <br /> this case be placed on the Council's agenda for the June 5, 2006 meeting being held in <br /> Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> <br /> We additionally ask the following descriptive verbiage be included in the <br /> Council's agenda under the topic heading: <br /> <br /> The purpose of the executive meeting is to discuss the Corporation Counsel's <br /> interpretation, work product, and recommendations concerning the litigation in <br /> this case, including the hiring of special counsel, which necessarily involve <br /> discussion concerning the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and <br /> liabilities thereto.
