Notwithstanding any provisions or representations to the contrary, any conflict <br /> among the various provisions of this Contract shall be resolved by allowing the <br /> various provisions in the following documents, in order of priority, to control: <br /> <br /> a. This Contract and Attachments 1 to 4; <br /> b. The General Conditions, attached hereto and incorporated herein; <br /> c. The CONTRACTOR'S budget (Exhibit B); and, <br /> d. The CONTRACTOR's accepted PROPOSAL, dated (Exhibit A). <br />
