No. 789Bi11 No. 256 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:28 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 256, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 256, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 789, <br /> dated March 28, 2006, amends Ordinance No. OS-86, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending <br /> June 30, 2006.
