' Bi11224, Draft 2 proposes to: 1. Amend Conditions "D", "I", and "J": Pursuant to representations made by the applicant, Hiluhilu Development, LLC, these conditions would be amended to remove the proposed 18-golf course, which is no longer part of the proposed development. The revised conditions add the proposed 20,000 square-foot university building, as outlined in the May 15, 2006 letter from Hawaii Community College Chancellor Rockne Freitas, and the proposed 8,000 square-foot public school facility, as outlined in the draft Educational Contribution Agreement between the applicant and the State Department of Education. "The project shall consist of a maximum of 725.2 acres for single-family and multi-family residential, commercial uses, hotel, Q university and public school facilities, dry forest preserve, azchaeological and cave preserve areas, active and passive parks, a trail system and supporting infrastructure."
