<br /> 3. Add new Condition "T", outlining the applicant's
<br /> commitments to the University of Hawaii.
<br /> "T Within one year of the issuance of the first residential buildingpermit for the
<br /> development the annlicant shall provide the following amenities in coordination
<br /> with the University of Hawaii:
<br /> 1. Construct a 20,000 square-foot buildine on the anplicant's property for use
<br /> by the University of Hawaii. Alternately, with the consent of the State
<br /> Department of Land and Natural Resources and the University, this
<br /> building may be constructed on the State's adjacent parcel of land to the
<br /> south.
<br /> 2 Construct Road " 2" on Exhibit "B", running from the proiect site to
<br /> Kaiminani Drive as described in Condition "Z."
