I write in support of Bill <br /> 224 which provides Hiluhilu Development the orpportunity to work in partnership with the University of Hawaii and <br /> the Department of Education in creating an educational destination in West Hawaii. The DOE has reached a fair <br /> share aagreement with Hilulhilu and has engaged in conversations with Chancellor Rockne Freitas in envisioning <br /> a larger learning construct for joint University and DOE collaboration.
