For the past fifty-six years, the Rotary Club of Kowa has <br /> supported our youdr, the community and the Vocational Service Bridge <br /> that connects the two. When a community fails to support its youth and <br /> fails to emphasize education as a vehicle to a better lift, it limits that <br /> community's economic and cultural growth. It is extremely important, <br /> E ~ that m~e of our youth see more options and opportunities available to <br /> o..::~ them.
