Following are some of the benefits: <br /> • Connector road (mauka to makai) <br /> 200 units of affordable housing (which is greatly needed in our community) <br /> • Increased tax base (to create and support existing infrastructure) <br /> • County water supply improvements <br /> • 55-acre dry land forest preserve (offering environmental education opportunities) <br /> • Job opportunities (in construction, sales and management) <br /> • Services for Kona Palisade's residence as well as surrounding communities <br /> • Urban expansion to the north of Kailua-Kona <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. <br /> Patrick Cunningham Comm.
