Angel <br /> Subject: County of Hawaii Bill 246 <br /> Members of the County Council: <br /> <br /> This letter is requesting that you please lend your wholehearted support to the passage of County of <br /> Hawaii Bill 246, the ordinance amending chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code. The requirements to <br /> have developers provide all information regarding improvements to their developments before <br /> approval will eliminate past practices of allowing work to begin before these improvements are <br /> known. In no way does this bill weaken or minimize current rules and practices regarding subdivision <br /> development. <br /> <br /> I urge the Council to please support this important legislation. The Council should not be intimidated <br /> by the loud cries of the few C.A.V.E.'s (Citizens Against Virtually Everything).
