The people who live in Hawaii must have an opportunity for input before developers move forward. <br /> It may be more time consuming to go through the channels for approval. Nevertheless, it provides the time and <br /> framework for the community to review the pros and cons of new development. <br /> <br /> We do not need more power concentrated into the hands of fewer people!
