I believe all residents should have an <br /> equal opportunity to be involved in the planning process. I feel holding even-numbered <br /> council mectings on the Kona side of the island is not warranted unless the council <br /> provides equal access to participate in west side meetings, the same way Kona can <br /> participate in Hilo meeting9 <br /> <br /> I ask that you please vote no on Bill 268. Your voter on East side of the island is <br /> speaking loud and clear.
