Please show some semblance of not only fairness, but support for <br /> the West side (a sizable tax base) by allowing 1/2 of the council <br /> <br /> mtg.'s to be on the Kona side. This would be a positive step toward <br /> what is right and good for our whole island community. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. Develop long range planning vision- please do not continue to <br /> rubber stamp developers' plans without infrastructure exchange, such <br /> as ROADS, utilities, parks, $ toward public schools. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Please consider quality development, sustainable, clean, AND <br /> aesthetically pleasing that enhances current life quality <br /> <br /> actively addressing our booming traffic and Kona-side population. <br /> Yes, that includes, the development of an immediate viable ideal road <br /> <br /> system that can handle our rapidly expanding population, needs, and <br /> traffic woes.
