It would help bring county government closer to West
Hawaii residents. Thus bridging the huge divide between East and West
Hawaii. As it stands right now it is very difficult to attend council
meetings in Hilo. As I work a full time job. About the only time I see
the council meetings is when they are tape delayed on cable public
access. Thus having more council meetings in Kona will bring government
closer to the people in West Hawaii. It may also help heal the deep
resentment and anger towards East Hawaii. Please, I reiterate, vote for
bill 268.
Aaron Stene
Kailua-Kona

Comm NO, Zc"73
Ref.
