<br /> are not ready to implement a shower, as they are unsure if they will extend the lease on the

<br /> building they currently operate out o£ Vice Chair Isbell further stated that these factors created

<br /> an irrefutable air of uncertainty that ultimately brought forth a recommendation that they not
<br />
<br /> receive any funding for fiscal year 2006-07.
