<br /> Enclosed is a Resolution 317-06, Draft 2, regarding a feasibility study for the closure and
<br /> realignment of the Hilo Bayfront Highway and the restoration of the Hilo Bayfront Beach,
<br /> as approved in the June 5, 2006 meeting of the Hawaii County Council.
<br />
<br /> State Representative Cindy Evans, District 7 was unintentionally omitted from the list of
<br /> recipients of certified copies of Bill 317-06.

<br /> The following is the amendment to Bill 317-06:
<br />
<br /> "BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii transmit
<br /> certified copies of this resolution to County Director of Parks and Recreation Patricia Englehard,
