A bill with such vast impact on the general public requires <br /> the opportunity for public input. Our County Parks are an integral part of <br /> the community and belong to all of us. <br /> A bill such as this would significantly and negatively impact the local <br /> lifestyle of many island families. We rely on open access to the Parks for <br /> our family gatherings, celebrations and special occasions. This bill would <br /> criminalize a legal adult activity and effectively restrict public access to C? c_ <br /> the Parks. w <br /> If there are problems in the Parks caused by drinking, let's address the <br /> specific problems.
