Issuance of Registration and tag for cats. Section <br /> 4-21 Proof of sterilization and micro-chip implanting. By using any form of collars, these animals <br /> would not be able to hunt down rats successfully. Also any form of collars with or without tags will <br /> jeopardize the safety of cats in their natural environment.They will get hooked up on just about <br /> everything. If the pig hunters on record stated they take their dog collars off because of the terrain, then <br /> it doesn't make sense to put cats in harms way since they are lower to the ground then the average dog, <br /> and would get hung up much to easy in the lava rock, fern, and general overgrowth. Also, it was <br /> necessary to own a cat to get after the rat overpopulation.
