COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 3o2 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-6 (KAILUA-HONALO URBAN ZONE <br />MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, <br />BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL — 7,500 SQUARE FEET (RS -7.5) TO VILLAGE COMMERCIAL — 7,500 <br />SQUARE FEET (CV -7.5) AT KAWANUI 1sT, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY <br />TAX MAP KEY 7-9-3:61. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-6, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br />Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kawanui I", North <br />Kona, Hawaii, shall be Village Commercial — 7,500 square feet (CV -7.5): <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of this parcel of land at the Southwest corner of <br />Parcel B and on the North side of a 20 -feet wide roadway easement, the coordinates of <br />said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU O <br />HAU" being 10,304.56 feet North and 8,522.32 feet East and running by azimuths <br />measured clockwise from True South: <br />720 04' 157.94 feet along the North side of a 20 -feet wide <br />roadway easement; <br />Thence along a 20 feet radius curve to <br />the right, the chord azimuth and distance <br />being: <br />1210 50' 30" 30.54 feet along the North side of a 20 -feet wide <br />roadway easement; <br />1710 37' 124.86 feet along the East side of Hawaii Belt Road; <br />-I- <br />
