The amendments to Draft 4 aze ramseyered as follows: <br /> 1. Deletes the okina in the word "Ka`u" throughout the bill. <br /> 2. Item No. 4 relating to Condition X: In the second to last sentence, replaces the <br /> word "or" with "and". <br /> "4. New Connector Road to Mamalahoa Highway Project (Road "4" on attached <br /> Map Exhibit "B"). Applicant shall construct Road "4", at its sole expense, as a <br /> two-lane 60-foot wide county-dedicable collector road, including shoulders and <br /> swales, within an 88-foot right-of--way. The final design and maximum grade of <br /> Road "4" shall be determined by the Director of Public Works after consultation <br /> with the Planning Director. Applicant shall not be required to install <br /> streetlights, except at the intersection with Highway 190, or utilities. If another <br /> private developer is required to participate in building Road "4" as a condition <br /> of land use approvals, Applicant's share shall be limited to the portion of Road <br /> "4" on Applicant's property [ee] and on State land.
