For <br /> two <br /> very obvious reasons it is imperative that you support this resolution <br /> if <br /> for no <br /> other reason than to give time to see work-in-process results. <br /> First, the citizens of West Hawaii have been asked and much money and <br /> time <br /> has <br /> been spent to seek input to a community development plan. It would be a <br /> further <br /> expression of disregard to West Hawaii to ignore this input. <br /> Second, the situation here is far worse than those outside West Hawaii <br /> can <br /> truly <br /> appreciate without experiencing it first hand.
