Angel <br /> Subject: testimony supporting 402-06 <br /> <br /> Dear Ms Isbell: <br /> <br /> I provide here written testimony in support of Resolution 402-06 introduced by Mr. Pilago to have 1/2 <br /> the Council meetings in Kona. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pilago proposed a measure to have a Planning Commission for West Hawaii. In a quotation from <br /> West Hawaii Today, Mr. Higa suggested that such a proposal was a first step in splitting the County. <br /> <br /> If he and other Council members believe that to be the case, they should readily endorse Mr. Pilago's <br /> resolution 402-06 as this measure firmly unites the County. <br /> <br /> Let the Council experience Kona's needs firsthand on a regular basis. Come, get to know us.
