BILL NO. 236 <br />Draft 4 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2006 TO JUNE 30, 2007. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI I: <br />SECTION 1. The following amounts to be received from the sale of general obligation bonds, Capital Projects Fund <br />Balance, and other sources are hereby appropriated to the projects and for the purposes designated in Section 2. <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br />k 4716 IV <br />Federal Grants Receivable <br />3,400,000 <br />State Grants Receivable <br />1,300,000 <br />State Revolving Fund <br />10,700,000 <br />Fair Share Capital Fund <br />1,400,000 <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund Balance, and/or Other Sources <br />121,812,000 <br />Total $138,612,000 <br />Section 2.
