Infrastruchure sub-outs for electrical, water and sewage for the University. <br /> 3. 8,000 sf building for DOE facility on Palamanui property for North Kona school complex. no rent to DOE for <br /> 20 years. Building to be used as instructional and office space for schools in West hawaii. <br /> 4. If building in above condition not provided, Hiluhilu Dev. will contribute $2,633,222 into DOE for Kealakehe <br /> Schools <br /> 5. No golf course. Instead....178 acres of open space, including 60 acres preservation of dry land forest and a <br /> 20 acre public park. <br /> 5. West-east connector road from Queen Kaahumanu Hwy to Mamalahoa Hwy. <br /> 6.
