Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following azea situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial (CN-20): <br /> Beginning at a galvanized iron spike and ahu at the Northeast corner of this lot <br /> and the Southeast corner of Lot 6, and on the West side of Manono Avenue, the <br /> coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Trig. Station <br /> "Halai", being 1263.0 feet South and 9091.0 feet East, as shown on Government Survey <br /> Registered Map No. 2566, and running by true azimuths: <br /> 1. 360° 00' 100.0 feet along the West side of Manono Avenue <br /> to a galvanized iron spike and ahu; <br /> 2. 90° 00' 200.0 feet along Lot 10 to a galvanized iron spike <br /> and ahu; <br /> 3. 180° 00' 100.0 feet along Lot 7 to a galvanized iron spike <br /> and ahu; <br /> 4. 270° 00' 200.0 feet along Lot 6 to the point of beginning and <br /> containing an azea of 20,000 Square <br /> Feet. <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
