This distrust has happened <br /> over a very long period of time, when Kona was the <br /> younger sibling. This distrust began way before any <br /> of you were in politics. <br /> But now we have a chance once again, to do something <br /> "right" to show the folks of Kona that the Hilo folks <br /> on the council are not just self-serving.
