Goodale. I am the chairperson for the West Hawaii Fisheries <br /> Council committee for Youth and therefore, the coordinator of the West Hawaii Youth Fisheries Council. <br /> I am attaching the testimony of several students who wish to testify in behalf of the request to ban smoking at <br /> Kahalu'u Beach Park which the committee is going to hear on 7/18/06. <br /> <br /> The students include: <br /> 1.
