NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII, that on the request of the West Hawaii Youth Fishery Council, the Hawaii <br /> County Council shall prepare an ordinance prohibiting smoking and prohibiting the disposal of <br /> cigarettes at Kahalu`u Beach Park; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ordinance shall provide that: No person shall <br /> smoke/use any tobacco products at Kahalu`u Beach at any time.
