The resolution was <br /> considered at the Finance Committee at its December 2, 1997 meeting but was deferred. I <br /> believe the deferral was to allow Councilman Yagong time to look into the matter. On January 5, <br /> 1998 I attempted to contact Councilman Yagong but we missed each other. Mr. Yagong did, <br /> however, leave a telephone message indicating that he had visited the site and had no concerns. <br /> It is requested that Resolution No. 187-97 be placed on the next available agenda of the <br /> Finance committee and that your staff inform me of the meeting date.
