Since the Kona <br /> Community Development Plan is so near to completion, it only makes sense to <br /> at least wait until the community has had a say. This is a huge project that will <br /> have a major impact on our community. <br /> We have been waiting patiently to hear about concurrency for a long time, but <br /> nothing has been presented to date. Passing this now, without the concurrency <br /> issues having yet been addressed, but with the CDP so close, is insulting to the <br /> large number of people who have given so much to the plan. <br /> <br /> Please. Hold off on this.
