The Bib Island Business Council is an <br /> orgamzation of 1 1 business organizations ufio have banded together to improve the <br /> economy of the Big Island 2nd to insure that our infr:n;rructure needs are met. We <br /> provide education From a business perspective <br /> We feel that ~+e can work with the govemment emplo.;ee unions improve the quality of <br /> life and employment as weN as enhance Hawaii County's economy. We did not see them <br /> in support of irradiation, of forestry, or of other economic generators which would <br /> provide jobs and income for the people who are not employed by the public sector We <br /> welcome them to join wrath us work toward economic improvement. <br /> The Governor's Economic Task Force mandates ttF bier hells for all of us so we know <br /> that we must make some very tough decisions and the these must be consistent.
