BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge a donation of twelve post pads and fifteen <br /> bleacher pads for Andrews Gym by the Andrews Athletic Association. The post pads will be used to cover <br /> the gym support posts and the bleacher pads will be used to cover the top of the first bleacher level.
