In the event of any such <br /> assignment, hi whole or part, the Declazant and its successors and assigns shall <br /> release the County of Hawaii from its maintenance and liability obligations for the <br /> portion(s) so assigned. <br /> K. Anolicable Law. This Declaration shall be governed by the laws of the State of <br /> Hawaii both as to interpretation and performance. <br /> L. Counteparts/ Facsimile Simatures.
