t~ w <br /> ~4 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ~h~pj~M~~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 419-06, Draft 3, requesting the Department of Reseazch and <br /> Development and Its Economic Development Committee to Prepare a Hawaii County Energy <br /> Sustainability Plan was duly adopted by the Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 419-06, Draft 3, requests the Director of Research and <br /> Development to submit a draft Hawaii County Energy Sustainability Plan to the Hawaii County <br /> Council within twelve (12) months of the passage of that Resolution and the final Hawaii <br /> County Energy Sustainability Plan within eighteen (18) months of the passage of that <br /> Resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Research and Development has an existing contract with <br /> The Kohala Center for a project that will provide a framework for the transition of Hawaii <br /> Island to the full use of renewable resources for the production of electrical energy and <br /> transportation power; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Research and Development has requested a total <br /> allocation of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) for fiscal year 2006-2007, to support the <br /> development of the Hawaii County Energy Sustainability Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth <br /> below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $10,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $10,000.00 <br /> <br />
