No. 437-06 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:35 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 437-06, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 437-06, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 327 by Council Member Gary Safarik, <br /> via Communication No. 1032, dated August 22, 2006, transfers funds as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC - General $50,000.00 <br /> Contingency Relief <br /> To: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Dept of Environmental Management General $50,000.00 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund -G <br /> (Kapoho WWTP Facility Feasibility Study <br /> 110.699.5690.09) <br /> These discretionary funds from Council District 5 will be used to supplement funding for a study <br /> on the feasibility of constructing a wastewater treatment facility serving Kapoho Vacationland <br /> Estates and Farm Lots, Kapoho Beach Lots and public restrooms at the Wai O Pae Mazine Life <br /> Conversation District within Kapoho Vacationland Estates.
