NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII that in accordance with Sections 2-1 I1 and 2-118, Hawaii County Code, the County <br /> <br /> of Hawaii accepts the exchange of the County's interest in TMK: 6-5-003: por. 002 to George <br /> <br /> A. Magoon, II, in return for George A. Magoon, II's interest in TMK: 6-5-003: por. 004 to the <br /> County. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with Sections 2-111 and 2-118, Hawaii <br /> County Code, the County of Hawaii accepts the exchange of the County's interest in <br /> TMK: 6-5-003: por. 029 to the Roman Catholic Church in return for the Roman Catholic <br /> Church's interest in TMK: 6-5-003: por. 004 to the County. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br /> Harry Kim; (2) the Department of Parks and Recreation; (3) Office of the Corporation Counsel; <br /> (4) George A.
