His proposed bills exempted <br /> affordable housing projects, recognizing that such projects within Urban Expansion area will lessen <br /> commuting and, therefore, traffic. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> It was wrong for members of this Council to have favored a political agenda over the best interests of' <br /> their constituencies. It was wrong to have played politics at a time when this community is suffering the <br /> consequences of rampant, unplanned growth. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> It is time to make amends. I ask that Bills 318 and 319 be reintroduced and referred together with Bills <br /> 328 and 329.
