tY O( <br /> ~~y J~ <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> . <br /> ••••h~O~~M~Y`' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 483 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Shipman Park located in Kea`au, Hawaii is in need of two (2) <br /> eight-foot-player-style benches and two (2) sets of basketball backboazds, rims, and stands <br /> to replace the ones that are old and dilapidated, as well as a fence to surround the outdoor <br /> basketball azea; and <br /> WHEREAS, Shipman Park also needs three (3) additional picnic tables to <br /> accommodate the increase in park usage; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated for the <br /> purchase of new park equipment at the request of the Department of Parks and Recreation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set <br /> forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $8,950.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $8,950.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $8,950.00 <br /> Recreation Division OCE <br /> (Shipman Park Equipment & Fence) <br /> <br />
