I am a <br /> life-long resident of Kona, former County of Hawaii Deputy Managing <br /> Director and former Department of Hawaiian Homes Commissioner, <br /> representing Kona.A retired a few years ago, though remain very <br /> <br /> active in Kona and island-wide issues. <br /> <br /> I support this marina project and ask this County Council to do the <br /> same. Every so often, a developer comes through this island who <br /> wants to do right by our Big Island community. Jacoby Development is <br /> one of those.
