~wor y_ <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> o.; w.N,~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 46'7 (a ~ <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, a $2,500 appropriation will be used to purchase equipment, including two- <br /> way radios, bullhorns, emergency vests, flashlights, and beacons, for the Hawaiian Paradise Park <br /> Emergency Notification and Evacuation Team; and <br /> WHEREAS, this $2,500 appropriation will be administered by the County of Hawaii <br /> Civil Defense Agency, which will grant the funding to the Hawaiian Paradise Park Owners <br /> Association, a Hawaii non-profit organization, to purchase the equipment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funding will be used to benefit the public by increasing the safety and <br /> welfaze of residents of Hawaiian Paradise Pazk during emergency conditions, including the <br /> prevention of the loss of life from tsunami, hurricanes, fire or severe weather. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth <br /> below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,500.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,500.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.241.524L02 Civil Defense Agency OCE $2,500.00 <br /> (Misc.
