The <br /> Smart Signs will also tally the speeds of all vehicles that traverse that section, enabling the <br /> Department of Public Works to monitor the general speed of cars in that area. These innovative <br /> speed limit signs will be installed on Ainako Avenue, above Apoke Street, on Kukuau Street, <br /> between Komohana Street and Mohouli Extension, and on Waianuenue Avenue, in the <br /> residential area above Hilo Medical Center.
