It obviously <br /> favors those who are running for election from Hilo while doing nothing to get the voters out to vote <br /> around the rest of the island. This is blantantly unfair to all of the residents who live anywhere other <br /> that Hilo. Here on the west side we have too much to lose to not have an even playing field when it <br /> comes to who will be elected in the future.
