Amend Condition E: <br /> <br /> As represented by the applicant the maximum number of residential units <br /> on the subject site shall not exceed twenty-four (24). Off-street parking <br /> shall be provided, calculated at two (2) parking spaces per unit. <br /> Furthermore there shall be a minimum of eight (8) off-street quest stalls. <br /> These stalls such as tandem. need not fully conform to the parking <br /> standards of the zoning code. <br /> <br /> 2. Add New Condition J: <br /> <br /> As represented by the applicant the applicant shall provide roadway and <br /> related improvements along the Laukapu Street frontages of properties <br /> identified by TMK: 2-2-36: 105. 101, and 100, subiect to the respective <br /> property owners' consent and agreement to relinquish and dedicate a five- <br /> foot strip of its property along Laukapu Street. These improvements shall <br /> consist of pavement widening with concrete curb gutter and sidewalk and <br /> drainage improvements, meeting with the approval of the Department of <br /> Public Works. These improvements and five-foot road widening strip shall <br /> be dedicated to the County of Hawaii prior to issuance of a Certificate of <br /> Occupancy. In the event a property owner elects not to relinquish the five- <br /> foot strip modified improvements shall be made within the existing right- <br /> of-way, meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> 3. Re-letter Conditions "J to U" to "K to V": <br /> <br /> 4. Amend the last paragraph of Condition S (formerly R): <br /> <br /> In lieu of paying the fair share contribution, the applicant may contribute <br /> land and/or construct improvementstfacilities related to parks and <br /> recreation, fire, police, solid waste disposal facilities and roads within the <br /> region impacted by the proposed development, subject to the review and <br /> recommendation of the Planning Director, upon consultation with the <br /> appropriate agencies and approval of the County Council. In either case, <br /> the cost of improvements outlined in Condition J shall be credited against <br /> all of the applicant's fair share contributions.
