I have read as much as possible about both sides of the issue and I am convinced that there is no <br /> question that the risks of this project far outweigh any proposed benefits. The possibility that the <br /> Superferry crossing may interfere with the annual whale migration, including potential injury and killing <br /> of these magnificent creatures, seems to me to be a high priority issue and one that requires a thorough <br /> study and careful attention. In addition I believe that the traffic and congestion which this project would <br /> place upon the already challenged infrastrusture of Kawaihae/Waimea is yet another high priority topic <br /> that should be carefully and completely investigated prior to the granting of this Superferry access. <br /> I urge you to continue your effort to request and receive more information on the impact of this project <br /> before allowing it to go any further.
