Oi <br /> ~ij, .,Z <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •V.\ <br /> r <br /> ~tf~O~~M~~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5U3 06 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Traffic Division of the Department of Public Works has requested <br /> funding in the amount of $6,000 for three (3) new street light installations for District 1; and <br /> WHEREAS, two (2) of these street lights will be installed along the Waipi`o <br /> Valley Access Road at the discretion of the Traffic Division of the Department of Public Works; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, one (1) of these street lights will be installed along the Old Mamalahoa <br /> Highway in `O`okala on pole number 381 (located adjacent to 39-3297 Old Mamalahoa <br /> Highway); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Public Works is in concurrence with the <br /> transfer of funds for the explicit purpose of the installation of these three new street lights at the <br /> locations referenced within this resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth <br /> below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $6,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $6,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Transfer to Cap Proj Fund-G $6,000.00 <br /> (To be allotted to New Street <br /> Light Installation - <br /> 110.399.5399.22) <br /> <br />
