ROSS/REQUEST FOR LEGAL <br /> REPRESENTATION <br /> On October 15, 1997, I was served a Civil Complaint made by Henry <br /> ROSS regarding an arrest that was made on September 14, 1995. Refer <br /> to report number E-76105/SK/ASSAULT. ROSS was. charged with Assault <br /> in third degree and Disorderly Conduct. <br /> Henry ROSS's charge was amended to Harassment by the Prosecutor to <br /> avoid having a jury trial. ROSS was convicted for the Harassment. <br /> sometime during August 1997. <br /> Henry ROSS made Police Commission Complaint on this same incident <br /> and it was investigated by the Police Commission. I have not been <br /> informed of the disposition. <br /> I am requesting that the County of Hawaii Corporation Counsel or <br /> appoint an attorney to defend me in this civil complaint, since the <br /> incident occurred while working for the County of Hawaii Police <br /> Department.
